Regolamento Fidelity Card

Current version

Fidelity Card — User Terms

Version 1.0.0 — Effective 18 July 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. The Italian version is the authoritative text.

These rules (the "Rules") govern the use of the Fidelity Card service (the "Service") by registered users of the mop.dev platform. The Service is provided by Circoolum di E.A.P, operating under the Master of Puppets Dev brand, with registered office in Milan, VAT no. 13489650963 ("MoP", "we", "our").

By joining the loyalty program of a participating store, you declare that you have read and accepted these Rules, which supplement the platform's Terms of Service.

1. What the Service is

  1. The Service gives you a digital loyalty wallet: a single place collecting your loyalty cards from participating stores, with their stamps, rewards and prepaid credits.
  2. Loyalty programs come in different types: stamp collection (with one or more reward milestones), prepaid packages (credits purchased at the store and deducted on each use) and fixed discounts reserved to members. Each program may have an expiry date.
  3. The Service is free of charge for Users.

2. Requirements

To use the Service you need an account on the mop.dev platform, you must be at least 16 years old, and you must comply with the platform's Terms of Service.

3. Your personal QR code

  1. Your account is linked to a personal QR code, available in your reserved area. The code contains no readable personal data: it is an identifier that allows the store to recognise you through the platform.
  2. By showing your QR code at the till you allow the store to identify you in order to record stamps, redemptions and credits and — if you are not yet enrolled in its program — to propose an invitation to you. Please note that, upon scanning, the store can see your name and e-mail address.
  3. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and your QR code: do not share copies or screenshots with third parties. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us at [email protected].

4. Joining programs

  1. You can join a store's program in two ways: from the public directory of participating stores available on the platform, or by accepting an invitation, which a store may propose only after scanning your QR code.
  2. Invitations appear in your reserved area, where you are free to accept or decline them: enrolment becomes active only upon your acceptance. A declined invitation creates no enrolment.
  3. When you join a store, cards for that store's individual programs are created automatically in your wallet, including for programs the store adds later.

5. Stamps, rewards and prepaid credits

  1. Stamps, redemptions and credits are recorded by the store through its digital POS, normally at the time of purchase or use of the service. You can check your balance and transaction history at any time from your wallet.
  2. The commercial rules of each program (value of stamps, rewards, discounts, expiry dates, credit-usage conditions) are set by the store, which is solely responsible for applying them and for delivering rewards. MoP only provides the technical tool and is not a party to the commercial relationship between you and the store.
  3. Prepaid credits recorded in the Service represent a direct relationship between you and the store: they are not electronic money, cannot be converted into cash through the platform, and bear no interest. Purchases, top-ups and any refunds take place exclusively at the store and under its conditions.
  4. For any dispute concerning stamps, credits, rewards or discounts you must contact the store. If you notice a technical anomaly in the Service (for example a transaction recorded twice), you can report it to us at [email protected].

6. Withdrawing your enrolment

  1. You may withdraw from a store's program at any time from your wallet. From withdrawal, the store can no longer record new transactions for you nor see you among its active members.
  2. Your stamp and credit history is retained and automatically reactivated if you re-join the same store, so that you do not lose what you have accrued. If you prefer your data to be erased, you may request it as described in the Service Privacy Notice, within the limits of the law.
  3. Withdrawing your enrolment does not extinguish rights you have already accrued towards the store, which remain governed by the store's program conditions.

7. Program changes and termination

  1. Each store may modify, suspend, let expire or close its programs. The closure of a program does not extinguish the store's obligations towards you for what you have already accrued, in accordance with the program rules and applicable law.
  2. If a store deactivates the Fidelity Card service or ends its relationship with the platform, its cards stop accruing new stamps or credits. For the exercise of your data rights in that case, see the Service Privacy Notice.

8. Fair use

The following are not allowed: using fake or multiple accounts to obtain undue advantages; tampering or attempting to tamper with stamps, credits or QR codes; using the Service fraudulently or contrary to law. In case of violation we may suspend or revoke access to the Service, without prejudice to any other legal remedy.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, MoP is not liable for the commercial obligations of participating stores (rewards, discounts, credits, quality of products and services), nor for damage arising from use of the Service in breach of these Rules. Nothing in these Rules limits the rights you enjoy by law as a consumer.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data within the Service is described in the Fidelity Card Service Privacy Notice, which explains the roles of MoP and of participating stores. The platform's Privacy Policy additionally applies to the processing related to your account.

11. Changes to these Rules

We may update these Rules by publishing a new version on the platform. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice through the platform or by e-mail. Continued use of the Service after the new version takes effect constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, you may stop using the Service and withdraw your enrolments at any time.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Rules are governed by Italian law. If you act as a consumer, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence or domicile, where mandatory by law; you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). In all other cases the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction.
